Linas Vitkus, PE, GE, has spent nearly his entire professional career with Twining. Linas’ experience includes geotechnical subsurface investigations, forensic investigations, laboratory testing, materials inspection, and project management. Linas has acted as project manager, technical supervisor, or project executive for many of Twining’s most significant projects, including schools, universities, hospitals, and high-rise structures. In addition, Linas provides guidance, leadership, and oversight of our other project managers and is responsible for corporate oversight of the operations of Twining’s network of offices/laboratories.
