Twining provided quality control services for this project which consisted of the installation of transformers at multiple chase banks throughout the Los Angeles County and Orange County. Our scope of services at each site included providing the following:
- Dedicated field inspector
- Geotechnical Engineer who provided engineering level oversight
- Compaction testing per ASTM D6938
- Maximum Density testing per ASTM D1557
