Since 1980, Randy has worked with Twining, providing technical guidance, assistance, inspection, testing and consulting for code and regulation compliance for a variety of products and programs including building materials testing, commercial and residential manufactured buildings, vehicle equipment installations for disabilities, gas fired equipment, recreational vehicles, and diverse state and federal mandated programs. His expertise enables him to provide these services throughout the USA and internationally.
