Robert Hathaway has been the CFO of Twining for the past nine years. As CFO, Robert oversees the accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, business support, M&A and internal audit at Twining. He has more than forty years of experience building and leading financial teams in both Fortune 500 and privately held companies including ITT, WANG and Emulex. Robert holds both an MBA and he earned a CPA designation after working for several years as an audit manager for Arthur Anderson. He is a man who prefers producing results to making promises. Regardless of the task, he and his team have revolutionized Twining’s accounting, forecasting and financial operations to keep pace with the Company’s internal needs and growth rate. This transformation was achieved through the introduction of new software, streamlining existing processes, and instituting new procedures based on realistic goals with clearly defined action plans.
